Yesterday, the Lord blessed us with Matthew Joel at 1:42pm.  He's a healthy baby boy weighing in at 7lbs. 9oz. and 21.5 inches in length. 

Matthew, meaning "a gift of God", is very fitting, since we are so thankful for this gift of a new little one in our family and that God loves him much more than we ever could.

Joel, meaning "Jehovah is God".  Jehovah was written in scriptures using four consontants, JHVH and the Jews wouldn't pronounce this name because they felt that God was indescribable.  How true that is!
